Season and availability
Entry price holds year-round, but tickets are capacity-controlled and sell out weeks ahead in the May–September dry season. Circuits are assigned at purchase — this price is for the Mountain circuit, the one with the classic postcard view.

We confirm real availability within 12 hours of your deposit — Machu Picchu is the one thing in Peru you genuinely cannot improvise. If your dates have no capacity, we propose alternatives or refund in full. Two honest ways to trim the total: a shared seat on the return transfer to Cusco, and the Voyager/360° train combination instead of the Vistadome — both exist in our catalog and Maia offers them when they fit your trip.

- How far ahead should I lock my date?
- For May through September, six to eight weeks is safe. Shoulder months forgive more. We validate your exact date with the operator within 12 hours of deposit, before anything is final.
